ISLAMABAD – FOUR American citizens were caught red-handed by Capital Police in the early hours of Tuesday for photographing sensitive buildings. All four were dressed in traditional Afghan outfits and were found to be in possession of illegal weapons and explosives

According to details, police personnel deployed here at Nawaz Chowk, sector F-8, intercepted two suspicious vehicles in the early hours of Tuesday. During the search, police recovered weapons from their custody. The riders of these vehicles were found to be American citizens. They were all dressed as Afghans.

The number plates on both vehicles (IDM 2030 & LG 501) were found to be fake. The police personnel called for backup when the Americans refused to allow them to search the car. High Ranking Capital Police officials reached the site within minutes and had the vehicles searched, recovering 2 M-16A1 rifles, 2 handguns and 2 hand-grenades.

The police held the American citizens in custody for an hour before the Interior Ministry interefered and had them released without charge even as preliminary investigation was being carried out.

Interior Ministry Covering Up For US Mercenaries And Terrorists
In 2005, Iraqi Police arrested and locked up TWO British operatives in Basra who were dressed in local Arab gear, shooting at innocent civilians in a busy market with automatic rifles and driving a vehicle laden with explosives, intended to go off in the middle of the busy market. British tanks tore into the prison and rescued both these men. In Pakistan, it seems all the Americans need to do is make a call to the Interior Ministry and have their terrorists released.

PKKH Editorial

There have been several incidents during the last few months of foreigners carrying illegal arms in the federal capital. Some foreigners were found not only carrying illegal weapons, but also threatening, harassing and frightening the public in Islamabad. The law enforcement agencies have been particularly efficient in tightening security measures around the city as a response to citizen complaints.

In the most recent incident, four American nationals who were disguised as Afghans were caught with illegal arms on Tuesday at a posh sector of Islamabad inhabited mostly by senior Pakistani diplomats and politicians. The police personnel intercepted two suspicious vehicles and recovered illegal weapons from in posession of the Americans in both vehicles.

The Americans were also seen taking photographs of buildings around the area while some videos of sensitive locations in Islamabad were also found with them. During the preliminary investigation, the Americans falsely claimed that they were US Marines – and were taken to the police station for further investigation. After the personal intervention of those high up in the Interior Ministry, the Americans were allowed to leave without being charged. Some sources disclose that the US Embassy officials intervened in the matter by contacting higher-ups of Pakistan’s Interior Ministry and had the culprits freed.

The Interior ministry, when approached for comments on this story, affirmed once again that there existed no law in Pakistan that might allow any foreigner or diplomat, including Americans, to move on busy roads of federal capital with illegal arms.

It was not the first incident of such kind in the Federal Capital where foreigners were picked up by police for posession of illegal arms. It has become almost a norm that police intercepts foreigners violating national laws including posession of illegal weapons, and are freed after Pakistani “influentials” come to their rescue.

Some days ago, police officials deployed at a security check post in Islamabad stopped two Dutch personnel and recovered sophisticated weapons including hand grenades, bombs, and sophisticated guns from their custody. The police lodged a formal complaint, however, no action was initiated on directions of Interior Ministry and the matter was hushed.

William Ven and Tomas Smith were the two Dutch men caught roaming around with sophisticated weapons, bombs and hand grenades in a blue BMW, registered number of which was IDL 4191. Sources on the condition of anonymity reveal that both officials were working for the notorious Blackwater Co. (Xe) and were almost certainly out on an assassination mission, target of which is still unknown. Sunny Christopher, a U.S. embassy official who was following the blue BMW was out there to provide cover.

Before the security agencies could confirm their connection with Blackwater (Xe), the interior ministry again came to their rescue and saying that the men were ‘Dutch embassy officials’ – which appears to be an attempt to cover up Blackwater’s questionable activities on the media. During the past few weeks the local media had been particularly vocal on the Blackwater issue and this incident would have further fueled calls for action against the various US-linked private security companies operating on Pakistan soil involved in suspicious activities. What’s not so surprising is that no probe was done with the alleged ‘Dutch diplomats’ and no explanation or apology was offered.

Both dutch men were released a while later after the U.S. embassy intervened, and were put on the next flight out of Islamabad immediately.

What is particularly alarming is that such incidents continue to occur in the nation’s very own capital city while government in their attempts to temporarily ‘settle’ the matter issues hollow statements. Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik, has stated on many occasions that no foreigner would be allowed to carry illegal arms. “The violators would be dealt with an iron hand,” he adds.

However the Americans have relentlessly continue to violate the the law of the land and no iron hand strikes – and in fact the violators are given a safe passage each time.

Rabbis Urge End to Nazi Imagery in Politics

The "conservative" Rabbis object to political images of Nazis ... Did they object to the CIA recruitment of Nazis after WW II? Ever? Did they object to Klaus Barbie distributing cocaine to fund CIA death squad activity and illicit wars? Did they object to Ronald Reagan raising funds via his TV show in the 50s to bring Eastern European Nazi quislings to the US, passed off as "freedom fighters?" Do they object to the far-right propaganda and Nazi ties of the Birch Society? Did they object to human experimentation by the military that drew on Nazi "talent" from Operation Paperclip? Where have the Rabbis been?

The ones at the Weishental Center have been surreptitious CIA/Nazi collaborators for decades.

Where are "conservative" Rabbis when they are really needed? In my 20 years of anti-fascist agitation, not one Rabbi has ever offered to help in any way. NOW they have something to say ... about "imagery" ... not about the substance of our lives and destructive usurpation of democracy by Nazi-collaborating (in many instances) American "conservatives, "conservative" Rabbis?

The far-right took over in Germany, and we saw the results. The far-right took over in the US, and we saw the results - codified torture, "disappearances," concentration camps, propaganda assaults, illicit wars for corporate profit, CIA-trained death squads ... what do "conservative" Rabbis have to say about all this Nazism? Nothing. Personally, I'm not so impressed with the useless Rabbis ... - AC

WASHINGTON (JTA) -- More than 300 Conservative rabbis signed a statement urging Americans to renounce the use of Nazi imagery in political discourse.

The Rabbinical Assembly, which represents more than 1,600 Conservative and Masorti rabbis around the world, worked with Los Angeles Rabbi David Wolpe to issue a statement noting recent examples of public figures using such rhetoric. They include the leader of the Southern Baptist Convention leader, the Rev. Dr. Richard Land, calling health care reform proposals "what the Nazis did" and U.S. Rep. Alan Grayson (D-Fla.) referring to the current health care system as a "holocaust in America."

"The willingness of supporters of public policy positions to employ the demonizing rhetoric of Nazism not only does nothing to move conversation forward; rather, it has a chilling effect on people of conscience who find the appropriation of such imagery to be disrespectful of the victims and reinforcing of the politics of personal attack that has damaged public discourse in the United States," reads the statement.

"We plead -- indeed we demand -- that civility govern these crucial deliberations. " 'Sages,' warned the Rabbis of the Talmud, 'take great care with the words you speak.' "

Protesters Aim to Shame DLA Piper Over Ties to Dictator/Accused 9/11 Inside Trader "Buzzy" Krongard and the Piper Board, Blackwater

Bush Administration Ethiopian Policy Background: "Bush's Somalia Strategy Enables an Ethiopian Despot"

By Daniel Newhauser | The Blog of Legal Times
New York Lawyer | November 2, 2009

WASHINGTON - A pickup truck driving around Washington today displayed a large billboard in its bed accusing DLA Piper of lobbying for an Ethiopian dictator.

The American Lawyer reported last year on the firm's 2008 efforts on behalf of Ethiopian Prime Minister Meles Zenawi and his government to keep Congress from imposing sanctions on the country for human rights violations. In April, the firm released a statement to Above the Law saying that it was no longer representing Zenawi’s government in those matters, but is still helping them with pro bono work relating to a school in Addis Ababa.

Apparently, there are still hard feelings - though we're not sure who has them.

A.B. "Buzzy" Krongard is an outside U.S. director to our Global Board of Directors which has been organized to oversee and coordinate the worldwide operations of the firm. Mr. Krongard is the former Executive Director of the Central Intelligence Agency. The Executive Director is the third ranking position within the CIA and functions essentially as the Chief Operating Officer of the Agency.

Mr. Krongard was the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of investment banking firm Alex. Brown, Incorporated. He currently is the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of PHH Corporation, a leading outsource provider of mortgage and vehicle fleet management services.

Mr. Krongard received an A.B. degree with honors from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor degree with honors from the University of Maryland School of Law. He served three years of active duty as an infantry officer with the United States Marine Corps.

State Dept. IG Recuses Himself from Probes Over Blackwater Ties

The State Department’s top oversight official has recused himself from all matters relating the private military firm Blackwater after admitting his brother served on the company’s advisory board. Inspector General Howard Krongard announced the move Wednesday just hours after initially denying that his brother, Alvin ‘Buzzy’ Krongard, is a Blackwater board member. The State Department has already come under criticism for its lax oversight of Blackwater since the September 16th killing of seventeen Iraqi civilians by Blackwater guards. Howard Krongard has previously been accused of thwarting probes of contracting fraud in Iraq and Afghanistan to avoid embarrassing the White House. Krongard is said to have refused to send investigators to Iraq and Afghanistan to probe three billion dollars in contracts.

Former DEA Agent's Lawsuit Exposes CIA "Fraud"

Posted by Bill Conroy
The NarcoSphere
July 26, 2009

Litigation also claims spook agency engages in wholesale spying on other federal agencies

The CIA was recently caught with its pants down.

As part of the course of his 15-year legal battle with the CIA, former DEA agent Richard Horn finally got the opportunity to demonstrate to the world that the emperor of clandestine activity has no clothes.

The secretive government agency is now coping with the embarrassing exposure of its deceit in a lawsuit filed by Horn, who previously served as the DEA’s country attaché in Burma (now officially known as the Union of Myanmar) from June 1992 to September 1993. In addition, the events that prompted the CIA’s lie appear to point to serious dysfunction within the agency that potentially poses a threat to the very U.S. national security it is charged with protecting.

The judge in Horn’s civil case, which is still pending in federal court in Washington, D.C., recently ruled that the CIA had committed a fraud on his court by failing to reveal in a timely manner that a CIA employee — who is key to Horn’s case — is no longer considered a covert operative. In fact, that employee, Arthur Brown, who served as CIA station chief in Burma at the same time Horn was DEA’s top gun in that Southeast Asian nation, had his official CIA cover lifted in 2002. The judge, Royce Lamberth, determined, based on pleadings filed in Horn’s case, that those responsible for the fraud allegedly include several attorneys with the CIA’s Office of General Counsel, and Brown himself.

The assertion of Brown’s covert status was key to the government’s defense in the Horn case since it was from that premise that former CIA Director George Tenant argued in 2000 court pleadings that Horn could not proceed with his case because the evidence he would need to present to prove his allegations was protected by state secrets privilege — a legal cloak designed to protect national security interests.

After Tenant filed his declaration with the court invoking state secrets privilege, Judge Lamberth discovered that several CIA attorneys were likely aware as early as 2002 that Brown was no longer officially deemed to be undercover, yet those attorneys and Brown failed to inform the court. That deception resulted in a ruling by Lamberth, and subsequently a U.S. Appeals Court, that hamstrung Horn’s case under national security restrictions and led to Brown being dismissed as a defendant in the case.

Earlier this week, Horn’s case finally made it onto the radar of the mainstream media after Judge Lamberth, clearly upset with the CIA’s dishonesty in the case, ordered that the court pleadings in Horn’s case be unsealed and made available for public viewing. The judge also ordered that Brown be reinstated as a defendant in the case and also indicated he would entertain civil, and possibly criminal, sanctions against Brown and several CIA attorneys as a consequence of the “fraud” they allegedly perpetrated against the court.

Narco News has previously reported at length on the Horn case in a 2004 story that was based on leaked court pleadings. That story can be found at this link.

Horn’s lawsuit was filed in 1994 against Brown and State Department Chief of Mission in Burma Franklin Huddle Jr., who also was stationed in Burma at the same time Horn served as DEA’s country attaché. In the litigation, both Brown and Huddle are accused of violating Horn’s constitutional rights by conspiring to plant an eavesdropping bug in his government-leased quarters in Burma. Horn also alleges in the lawsuit that the eavesdropping was part of a larger effort by Brown and Horn to undermine DEA’s anti-narcotics mission in Burma.

From Horn’s lawsuit:

While stationed in Burma, Horn made substantial progress working in concert with the Burmese government to improve its performance to address major drug issues, and Burma is and was the leading opium producing country in the world and is a major source country for the heroin that enters the United States. Even though the country of Burma was making substantial progress in its drug law enforcement efforts, Defendant Charge Huddle was sending reports to the Department of State stating that the government of Burma was not making any progress. Horn strongly encouraged Defendant Huddle to more accurately report on the drug situation in Burma to policy makers in Washington.

Horn alleges further that as a result of his efforts to expose Brown and Huddle’s dishonest agenda, the two launched a campaign to discredit him — which included illegally eavesdropping on his conversations in order to, among other motivations, dig up some dirt. The eavesdropping effort failed to produce any damaging information against Horn, yet in September 1993, Horn alleges, Huddle used his State Department authority to expel the DEA agent from Burma.

More from Horn’s litigation:

These actions by the Defendants [Brown and Huddle] were taken in furtherance of their political and personal agenda to thwart and undermine DEA’s mission in Burma … and to retaliate against Plaintiff [Horn] for Plaintiff's urging that the truth regarding Burma's drug enforcement efforts, which were substantial, be told to the U.S. Congress and the executive branch; whereas the DOS [Department of State] and CIA in its report to Congress desired to deny Burma any credit for its drug enforcement efforts. Plaintiff's “whistleblowing” would harm the dishonest DOS and CIA agenda, and thus the reason for Defendants’ actions. [Emphasis added.]

Twisted Course

Horn’s case will now proceed, for the most part, in the light of public sunshine, under special procedures designed to protect, yet still entertain as evidence, sensitive government disclosures, according to Judge Lamberth’s recent rulings.

However, current CIA Director Leon Panetta is still seeking to invoke the state secrets privilege claim in the Horn case going forward, requesting that certain evidence, such as portions of two Office of Inspector General investigations into Horn’s allegations, be declared off limits for purposes of evidence in Horn’s case due to their national security implications.
But Judge Lamberth has already taken issue with Panetta’s claims, pointing out that his declarations on that front — one classified and one unclassified — contain contradictory information.

From a recent ruling issued by Lamberth:

Confusingly, Director Panetta’s unclassified declaration appears to significantly conflict with his classified declaration. His unclassified declaration states that: “Plaintiff [Horn] has provided a declaration in which he stated that the alleged wiretap at issue [the one allegedly planted in Horn’s government home in Burma through the orchestrations of Brown and Horn] … was allegedly the result of an eavesdropping transmitter placed under a coffee table located in [Horn’s] residence in Burma. … To the extent that this is his allegation, he is permitted to proceed with discovery to determine whether such a transmitter was used.”

Panetta later states, however, that [Horn] cannot inquire into information about the “U.S. Government’s capabilities to conduct electronic surveillance.” If a method of intelligence is unclassified and publicly available, it is not immediately apparent why it suddenly becomes a state secret to even argue that it could be used by the U.S. Government. Moreover, [Horn] makes a credible argument not only that the device is publicly known, but that the fact that the government uses this type of device is publicly available, as this type of device is on display at the Spy Museum in Washington, D.C. Indeed, Panetta’s classified … declaration significantly conflicts with the unclassified declaration and appears to acknowledge that the plaintiff can present evidence as to the coffee table eavesdropping transmitter, even if it is used by the U.S. government.

That battle is still to be fought in Horn’s case. But there is a larger issue raised in the Horn case that seems to shed some light on the CIA’s still ongoing extraordinary efforts to shield elements of the case under the draconian cloak of state secrets privilege.

The larger issue appears to be revealed in some of the other charges raised in Horn’s litigation. In addition to the eavesdropping allegations and the accusations that State Department Chief of Mission Huddle was sending misleading reports to Congress and executive branch agencies about Burma’s anti-narcotics efforts, Horn also contends that CIA Chief of Station Brown attempted to sabotage a DEA informant and also sought to undermine DEA’s high-level liaison contact with the government of Burma.

From Horn’s pleadings:

Included in this category was Horn's complaint that Brown surreptitiously obtained and delivered a sensitive DEA document, which he well knew was signed by a DEA informant, to an official of the government of Burma. [Horn] asserts this act was accomplished without ever consulting Plaintiff [Horn] or a representative of DEA. [Horn] asserts that Brown knew the government of Burma would likely engage in some form of retribution against the informant after seeing the document.

… In approximately September, 1992, Mr. Brown asked me [Horn] to introduce him to DEA's liaison contact. I refused, not wanting the Government of Burma to confuse the DEA mission with the CIA mission. DEA's mission was much different than the CIA's mission. It was the Government of Burma who designated who was to be each of the U.S. Government agencies’ liaison persons operating in Burma. Since the Burmese Government had designated DEA’s liaison in Burma, I, in conjunction with my superiors, believed that it was inappropriate for me to introduce my liaison contact to Brown, nor did DEA believe it was appropriate for Brown to share DEA’s liaison contact, since it was the Government of Burma that chose who was the contact. … Subsequently, in approximately November, 1992, Defendant Huddle told me that Defendant Brown approached him suggesting that he (Huddle) order me to restrict DEA liaison to police, and specifically, DEA discontinue contact with its present high-level contact [within the Burmese government]. Huddle told me he denied Defendant Brown's request. Huddle asked me to hold this conversation in confidence and not to reveal to Defendant Brown that I knew his motives.

Those revelations are important when connected with another piece of information disclosed in a declaration filed by Horn with the court. That declaration reveals that Horn had asked for help from Brown and the CIA in targeting a major narco-trafficker who was operating from an office in Rangoon, Burma.

More from Horn’s court pleadings:

During the same month, Horn discussed electronic eavesdropping with Brown. Horn asked Brown if his agency had the capability and interest to assist Horn in conducting an electronic telephone intercept (in DEA parlance a Title III, or in CIA parlance a "teletap") on the business phone of a major international trafficker who had an office in Rangoon [Burma].

[Emphasis added. A large block blacked-out text follows the above sentence in Horn’s declaration.]

The Agenda

Assuming Horn’s allegations are on the money, it does not seem an unreasonable speculation that part of Brown and CIA’s motives in thwarting DEA’s mission in Burma at the time might have been to protect the narco-trafficker, and possibly others, who would be compromised by a DEA investigation. And why would Brown, or the CIA, do such a thing if those DEA targets were not somehow deemed valuable to the CIA — possibly active CIA assets?
If that is the case, it might explain why the CIA, with the help of the State Department, sought to defang Horn in Burma.

In fact, as part of his litigation, Horn filed a class-action complaint on behalf of DEA agents who he claims have been subjected to similar clandestine efforts by CIA to sabotage their work overseas. The court dismissed the class-action complaint, but Horn’s attorney told Narco News that the issue might well be raised again as the case proceeds in the wake of the CIA’s past alleged deceits.

From the class-action complaint filed by Horn:

The interception of Hom's conversation [in Burma] was accomplished through a concerted effort by the Department of State, the CIA, and the NSA [which is part of the Department of Defense]. When later stationed in New Orleans as a Group Supervisor for DEA, Special Agent Horn [who is now retired from the DEA] acquired reliable information that it was a pattern and practice of the three Defendant agencies to intercept conversations that DEA agents and others had either from their GLQ's [government-leased quarters] in foreign posts, or from DEA offices at American Embassies, and Consulates and other locations at foreign posts. This pattern and practice was not isolated to this one incident in Rangoon, Burma, nor was it isolated to Special Agent Horn, nor was it isolated to the country of Burma, but instead, it was a pattern and practice of the three Defendant agencies to conduct such activity in other foreign posts wherein DEA has offices.

… Special Agent Horn and all of the DEA foreign post class Plaintiffs allege that it is a pattern and practice of these three Defendant agencies to unlawfully intercept and disclose conversations of DEA agents, other DEA employees, and family members at and from DEA agent offices, and their GLQ's and other locations at foreign posts, on a worldwide basis, and that this pattern and practice has existed for many years, and continues to be done by the three Defendant agencies against DEA Special Agents, employees, and family members serving in foreign posts, and will likely be continued in the future.

Horn’s attorney, Brian Leighton, a former federal prosecutor, told Narco News that he is convinced that this CIA surveillance dragnet is still quite active.

“I believe the CIA is still spying on DEA overseas,” he says.

The purpose of this extensive surveillance of other federal agents, according to Leighton, is to assure that law enforcement's overseas missions remain subsurvient to CIA’s agenda.

“Rick [Horn] is seeking monetary damages in his case, but he also wants to expose this [the covert surveillance] so that someone in Congress wakes up and realizes that DEA can’t be treated like the red-headed stepchild when it comes to overseas missions,” Leighton says. “We can’t assign DEA overseas and expect them to do their jobs and then let the CIA and State Department prevent them from doing that job, unless it is related to some huge, legitimate issue where an exception is warranted.

“But in that case, it can’t be the CIA deciding [what the exception is] because the CIA thinks its lunch menu should be classified. So it has to be someone outside that agency making these decisions.”

Narco News did seek a response from CIA about whether it engages in surveillance of DEA agents overseas.

CIA spokesman George Little provided the following response:

Separate and apart from any specific instance, this kind of allegation is absurd. The CIA is a foreign intelligence organization.

Brown, Huddle and the CIA itself have denied any role in setting up surveillance on Horn while he was stationed in Burma, according to court pleadings.

However, in court pleadings in the Horn case, Leighton points out that Michael E. Grivsky, an investigator with the CIA’s Office of Inspector General, told Horn “that former Rangoon [CIA Chief of Station] Arthur Brown may very well have employed a local informant to initiate the illegal intercept [of Horn] and not gone through official channels or utilized conventional CIA resources.”

That may well be the case. But even so, it still opens up a can of worms for the CIA, one the agency undoubtedly would like to keep shielded from public view.

Because, if the surveillance of Horn, and the accompanying efforts to sabotage DEA’s mission in Burma, occurred as alleged by Horn, and that activity was not part of an official CIA operation, then it means Brown was acting as a rogue agent in conjunction with Huddle, his cohort at the State Department.

If that’s the case, and the CIA, Congress and the White House does not come to grips with that reality, but instead seeks to continue shielding such activity under national security, what is to prevent such rogue activities from being carried out by other CIA officials now and in the future, since there would seem to be no check in place to discourage such adventurism?

It would seem, in such a case, the very core of national security, and the ability of the president of the nation to assure its preservation, would be put at risk, left to the unchecked avarice of CIA and State Department bureaucrats seeking to protect their turf, political agendas and career aspirations.

On a wide enough scale, tolerance by our elected leaders of such mechanizations, for the sake of avoiding political embarrassment or blowback, would subject the democracy to the capricious agenda of a self-interested group of bureaucrats who are beyond the control of even the White House. Even more disconcerting is the possiblity that this alleged CIA sabotage mission is actually officially sanctioned from within the agency’s covert chambers, in which case we may already be well on our way to becoming subjects of a shadow government.

October 03, 2009

ISLAMABAD - The owner of notorious Inter-Risk Security Company, Syed Jafar Ali Zaidi’s whereabouts are not known anymore. He was on physical remand with the Kohsar police for the last two days but now he has “disappeared”.

Sources privy to the developments claimed that Zaidi had been admitted in the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) for treatment early this morning (Friday). Dr. Waseem Khawaja, the spokesman of the PIMS was contacted several times but he gave vague answers saying that he was not clear about Zaidi’s admission in the hospital and was still checking his presence there.

This scribe himself visited PIMS but could not find out the whereabouts of Zaidi in the hospital. A close friend of Zaidi was also contacted but he replied that even he could not succeed in tracing him.

Police sources claimed that Zaidi was not present behind the bars of Kohsar Police Station but was “out”. However they did not make it clear the exact location of Zaidi.

Rana Akram, Station House Officer (SHO) of Kohsar Police Station was contacted time and again but was not available for the comments.

Zaidi was given under the custody of police on two-day physical remand on 30th of last month by the court of Judicial Magistrate, Fahim Shah. The US diplomats spoke in his defence in their talks with the press. Could they have had a hand in Zaidi’s disappearance from the police station?

The charges against Capt. R. Zaidi also consist [of] the alleged arrangement of suicide jackets to one of the arrested suicide bombers. The shocking revelation is suddenly deleted from the media reports. ... The tone of Americans seems to be satanic ... "

Black Water and DynCorp with Inter Risk are our enemies
Oct 5th, 2009

The roar in Pakistan against Black Water and private armies of USA has reached the highest pitch. The voice of the media and every Pakistani is showing anger and discomfort over the issue of Black Water and other private armies operating in the name of security agencies. Inter Risk is among the list of those companies or agencies who are working behind the curtains and sometimes openly against the interest of our motherland Pakistan.

Many people know that Capt R. Zaidi the owner of Inter-Risk was involved in attaining most sophisticated weapons without Government's permission!! those sophisticated weapons have been taken into custody by the security agencies of Pakistan. Most ashamed to know that Government is trying to keep the matter in low profile and media is not given access to complete information. The charges against Capt. R. Zaidi also consists the alleged arrangement of suicide jackets to one of the arrested suicide bombers. The shocking revelation is suddenly deleted from the media reports. It is most disgusting that people of Pakistan and the Government have sacrificed a lot to fulfill the ugly demands of USA. The whole country is burning with no investment coming in and no development since the war on terror started. Still after paying the huge price for the sake of America, the tone of Americans seems to be satanic. They always intimidate Pakistan sometimes on nuclear issue, sometimes on the issue of Taliban's shura allegedly present in Quetta and in many cities in Pakistan. The devastating reaction of Americans was expected after uncovering of black agenda which was to be executed through their private armies. The biggest slap on Pakistan's face was seen today when an office of The World Food Program of United Nations came under the attack of a suicide bomber who somehow managed to slip through highly secured and guarded area of Islamabad. Just moments after these attacks, our Government stated like parrot what USA wanted them to speak. Immediately the responsibility was put on Islamic militants and Beitullah Mehsud's accomplices and it is confirmed that Talibans of Pakistan would also accept this responsibility soon to obey their masters sitting in Washington. One must look seriously how the Government so quickly arrive to the conclusion that this attack is done by Mehsud's men??? Why America does not object if investigations are not made seriously about the previous attacks??? why no serious investigations are made on these incidences??? One must understand that America, Beitullah Mehsud and all the enemies of Pakistan are working on the same frequency. The only motive to attack Islamabad now and that too in a very highly secured area seems to be a message drafted for the world to make every body understand that Pakistan's nukes are still not safe!!! Ironically no condemnation is made by USA and instead of putting some ice cubes on Pakistan's wounds the Ambassador to Pakistan Ms. Peterson is trying to prove that the threat of nukes falling into the hands of militants is still a possibility.

I would tell the nation and the high ups that it is time to bring the truth in front of the public eye. People should know what kind of weapons were confiscated from Capt. R. Zaidi's house. It has been learned from different sources though unconfirmed, that among the weapons confiscated were some highly sensitive anti surveillance devices which can block the CCTV, Explosive detectors, voice tappers and many other equipments. Although this is hard to believe but the way it is seen on the footage of today's blast it is quite possible that suicide bomber may had possessed any such device which blocked the capability of explosive detectors and other security equipments installed in that area. The Government should look into the matter through this angle. This is an alarming development and if it is true that terrorists are using any such device then people should also know that such complicated and highly dangerous devices are manufactured in USA by Black Water and Dyn Corps subsidiaries and suppliers.

Today Pakistani people are dieing like chickens and the Government is fearing to disclose facts about USA's private armies and their backstabbing. As a nation we should understand that with Aid Bills like Kerry Lugar, our sovereignty is at stake and we must also understand that Beitullah Mehsud was and his men are allegedly the old CIA and RAW agents further supported by the Pentagon. These criminals are creating havoc in the country only to benefit Americans and their allies who have great interest in the change of geographical status of Pakistan and to capture our nuclear assets. Even if Pakistan will kill the whole population of Waziristan and Swat, American thirst would never end, they will always ask to "Do More" "Do More" and Just Do More.

I would request the government to see if there is really such kind of anti surveillance device owned and kept by Capt. R. Zaidi? If that kind of equipment had arrived from USA then it must be investigated that how it reached to Inter Risk for further distribution to the terrorists.

The Government should take a firm stand. We should not term this Kerry Lugar Bill as a worthy one for the nation. It is just a sugar coated poison and a symbol of our undeclared slavery.

Why is US embassy protecting Inter-Risk?
October 4, 2009 Sikander Shaheen

ISLAMABAD – The ongoing investigations with the owner of notorious Inter-Risk Security Company, Captain (Retired) Ali Zaidi would unearth some shocking revelations in the days ahead, with a bulk of startling discoveries already in store.

Even though Zaidi has confessed during interrogation that most of the recruits, whom he called ‘company’s security guards’, carrying weapons of prohibited bores are deputed at the US consulate Peshawar; these recruits are inaccessible to investigators due to the alleged protection being provided to them by US Embassy.

As rightly pointed out in a news item published in this newspaper entitled “Trained recruits plus record go missing,” the major problem encountered by Pakistani authorities in Zaidi’s case involves their inability to reach out to the recruited lot. “If the authorities succeed to apprehend the recruits and they divulge information, one can’t imagine how big breakthrough could be, but the US Embassy would never want this to happen,” The Nation heard from a well informed source. Despite their best efforts, the investigators have not been able to get hold of the accurate record of recruits and their original documents that could be instrumental in this regard. “We have been trying for the last many days but still we are clueless about those guys who received trainings from Zaidi, we really don’t know who are they, and how do they operate,” source added. ...
